Micheal Watson

Departmental Personnel Analyst Micheal Watson has worked for the San Joaquin County Probation Department for nearly 25 years. She is currently providing support to our Administrative Services Division.

Departmental Personnel Analyst (DPA) Watson started her career with San Joaquin County Probation Department in October 1999 as an Office Assistant II assigned to the Adult Division Central Support Unit. She promoted to Office Assistant Specialist in November 2003, and was assigned to the Fiscal Unit in the Adult Services Division. In September 2004, DPA Watson accepted the Office Supervisor position and remained in the Adult Division with oversight of the Central Support Unit. In April 2008, she was promoted to Senior Administrative Supervisor where she was assigned to the Administration Division with oversight of the Department Payroll Specialists, Office Secretaries, and the Department Office Supervisors. DPA Watson was promoted to Executive Secretary in September 2018 where she provided clerical support to the Chief and Assistant Chief Probation Officers. In April 2024, she accepted the position of Departmental Personnel Analyst.
