Senior Administrative Supervisor Tania Davis has been with the San Joaquin County Probation Department for over 10 years. She oversees the Office Supervisors, Payroll Specialists, and the Division Office Secretaries.

Senior Administrative Supervisor Davis began her career as an Office Assistant in April 2013, assigned to the Juvenile Central Support Unit. In February 2015, she was promoted to Office Assistant Specialist and assigned to the Adult Central Support Unit and then to Office Supervisor in October 2016, supervising the Juvenile Central Support Unit. She promoted to her current position as Senior Administrative Supervisor in October 2018.

Senior Administrative Supervisor Davis has an Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology and was certified as a Professional in Human Resources via the Society for Human Resource Management.
